Terms of Service

1. Account Creation & Eligibility

Customers must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Services are activated only after successful verification and full payment. BabalCloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts created with false or misleading information.

2. Payments & Billing

• All services are billed in advance unless otherwise stated.
• Invoices for renewal are generated 14 days before expiration.
• 3 days overdue: service suspension.
• 7 days overdue: service termination and permanent data deletion.

3. Acceptable Use

Customers must use services legally. Prohibited activities include spamming, hacking, malware, phishing, fraud, hosting illegal content, or activities that disrupt service integrity.

4. Service Availability

BabalCloud strives for high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance or unforeseen events.

5. Data & Backups

Customers are solely responsible for maintaining backups. BabalCloud is not liable for data loss under any circumstances.

6. Unlimited Services Policy

"Unlimited" refers to normal small-business use. Services are not intended for file storage, streaming, backups, large enterprise workloads, or high resource consumption that disrupts platform stability.

7. Resource Usage Limits

BabalCloud does not impose fixed resource usage limits on services under normal circumstances. However, we reserve the right to implement resource restrictions if a customer's usage adversely affects the performance or stability of services for other users.

8. Security Responsibility

Customers must secure accounts with strong passwords and safeguard access credentials.

9. Support Services

Support availability depends on the service plan purchased.

10. Service Termination

BabalCloud may suspend or terminate services immediately for violations. Upon termination, all data may be permanently removed.

11. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 15 days. Setup fees, domains, and third-party services are non-refundable.

12. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is". BabalCloud is not liable for data loss, downtime, or business interruption.

13. Use of Name & Logo

By using our services, you permit BabalCloud to display your name and logo for marketing unless revoked in writing.

14. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. All disputes fall under Nepali courts.
